My sons first time was doing the race school at the start of the year, he’s just completed his first season of InKart championship. Daytona Tamworth is a great track the staff are amazing at what they do and my sons confidence has improved so much. The races are well managed and the place is well organised!

Jnr did the 1 day cadet race school and had a great day. Well organised and ran with knowledgable and enthusiastic staff, Jnr managed to improve by 27s a lap from the start to end of the day. Good track and good facilities.

We were here for the Cadet Race school and it was a fantastic day – with plenty of time on track, some decent karts, backed up by very capable and enthusiastic instructors, marshals and front of house staff.

Have already booked my youngest for the same event when he’s old enough and looking forward to the competition in the championships soon.

My 14-year-old son spent the day at Daytona at the Junior Race School. He loved every minute of it. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the whole day was well organised. They had 6 karting sessions interspersed with tuition and lunch. The last two races were on the larger Grand Prix track. There were good spots around some of the track to watch from, so was able to take lots of photos. I liked that there was coffee, snacks and picnic tables for parents to sit and watch undercover too.

Me and my friends took part in their 3 hour endurance today at Sandown Park and it was easily the best endurance race we have been to. Karts were reliable and even, staff were friendly and the organisation of the day was on point. Definitely will be coming again.

Raced in the 3 hour endurance race with 2 friends as a team. The whole thing was really well organised from start to finish. Really friendly welcoming and professional staff. the right amount of realising it`s supposed to be fun as well as making sure everyone is safe. Competitive fun and fast karts.

I did a 6hr endurance race and even though the race didn’t go our way, the staff were amazing! Gave us a full briefing on pit stops with a cool demonstration, any questions you asked the great friendly staff they’d answer in full detail.

This place is great for spectators too! A lovely restaurant vibe downstairs then a nice place to chill out upstairs if you wish.

I’d like to mention staff names but there’s so many great members of staff, I can’t list them all! Love this place and can’t wait to do the 24hr there this weekend

Daytona Milton Keynes has become my happy place after falling in love with karting a few years ago. The venue is just simply unmatched on every level. The karts, particularly the DMAX are amazing to drive!

The staff are all lovely very knowledgeable and friendly. Always on hand if needed. Front of house staff always greet with a smile and the tuitions on offer to improve your lap time are gold!

Over the last few years I’ve competed in many Daytona endurance races, championships and weekend sprint races and when it come to karting Daytona is like no other.

Daytona really are a cut-above when it comes to corporate karting in the UK. We regularly compete in many of their endurance and arrive&drive formats, with a wide ranging team from kids (13-18), through to heavyweights (100kg+), through to those with additional needs (ADHD & Cerebral Palsy).

The front of house team are warm and friendly, and nothing is ever too much for them to accommodate their guests. The Sales team are proactive and always looking to improve the service that is provided. The track staff facilitate informative yet engaging briefings, and always ensure everyone is kept safe and has fun. The karts are some of the best kept in the UK, with the fleet often only separated by 1 second front to back, which is impressive given the use these karts get.

Where Daytona really stand out is how they handle things that do not quite go right, from kart failures through to bad weather. These are handled compassionately with a customer first approach.

Working for an industry-leading brand with high brand recognition. Very good karts, tracks and venues. Daytona empowers departments to work autonomously & be entrepreneurial and has a young, sociable and collaborative culture. There’s lots of balance in terms of workload and not many repetitive tasks. As a small/medium company, you can really measure your own/ your departments impact on the business. A fantastic community of customers who value the brand

Daytona fosters a fantastic team ethic structure, where the camaraderie between teammates is clear and fun, The job itself is very rewarding, being part of some absolutely huge events involving some big names and even bigger crowds is something to be proud of. Daytona strives to be the best and whilst it takes a strong mind to get that mentality, The pay offs are huge.

Perfect 8yr old birthday party. First time karters. Team were super organised and relaxed, very kind atmosphere. Not remotely competitive in a good way. Site was clean and professional. Box fresh balaclavas, clean and dry overalls PLUS additional waterproof suit in the rain. Kids were damp (spare clothes recommended) but never cold or soaked despite heavy rain.

Briefed the kids well, live commentator was kind, pointing out what was going well for drivers, no banter (that could have been taken badly). The kids were happy and tired when they finished. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Daytona Go Karting! From start to finish, the staff were outstanding and incredibly patient. It all began with a phone call to Alex, who took the time to clearly explain the booking process and answer all of my questions with great care. His professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for the entire visit. I explained my son has autism and will need extra patience and Alex was very supportive and reassuring and described all the ways they could help.

Once we arrived, the man who handled the safety demo was equally impressive. His patience and calm demeanor helped ease any nervousness we had, especially for my child, who took much longer than all the other children to put his helmet on as this was a huge trigger for him.

The support continued with the amazing Monty on the track. I cannot thank him enough for the way he took care of my son, he gave him the space and guidance to enjoy the experience fully, with a complete understanding of how my son needed to be communicated with. His demeanour was superior to many experienced staff in my son’s previous mainstream school! Very very impressive!!

This was more than just a fun day of go-karting—it was a positive, memorable experience that meant so much to us. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend Daytona Go Karting to anyone, especially families with children who may need a little extra care and patience. Thank you, Daytona team, for going above and beyond!

Been here many times, always a great experience. Amazing track and the team are the most professional around. This past weekend we had arranged for a private event to celebrate a birthday. With 16 of us, the team did a great job. Special S/O to Nic who is always very friendly and has a lot of experience in the karts!

Fun kart circuit located inside a fantastic racecourse. Ideal atmosphere, relax, no particular noise. Asphalt with excellent grip… The route is fun and very varied, not boring at all. I tried the 4 stroke, the engine is quite powerful, not like a 2 stroke, but enough to have fun and at the same time start learning. Excellent quality of the tires and the Kart in general.

Everything about this track is fantastic – I went a couple of weeks ago first time and have been a couple of times since. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, everyone is smiling from the bar staff to the track staff and marshals. The karts are very well maintained, both DMAX and N35 all seem to be equal, the track itself is high speed but technical and really fun. This is now going to be my regular track and I’ve been telling everyone how good it is! (Oh and btw the loaded fries are actually AMAZING if you want a post race fuel up)

One of the best tracks. Staff are friendly and Marshalls are fair. The track is highly physical and difficult to master, but good fun regardless of experience. Karts are well maintained and we felt they were pretty even in performance. Only downside is that Daytona does tend to be a little more expensive than other tracks.

We had a fantastic time at Daytona Go Karting in Tamworth for Oli’s “Final Lap” before he ties the knot next month! The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish — great track, well-organised, and loads of fun. All four of us had an absolute blast. A perfect send-off for Oli and a day to remember. Highly recommended!

These guys are racers and it’s easy to tell. Probably the only company that has advised us to have smaller grids in the interest of kart parity rather than having as many drivers on as possible. The venue is really well laid out and has just about everything. Commentary during the races & post race driver interviews was a really nice touch. Looking forward to our return visit now.

Every time we visit, the experience gets simpler but is as rewarding for the little one.
There is no better way to teach kids to drive.
At the end of each event, you get the stats… if your child is not the best (like mine… ISN’T) you can always think of these in terms of last visit’s and work out improvements… a bit of a “race against yourself” kinda’ thing. That way, if they race against themselves, they can’t lose…

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daytona Tamworth! This was our first time racing in heavy rain, and wow, what an experience! The speed, the roar of the engines, the skidding across wet puddles… pure fun and adrenaline…

The safety briefing before the race was spot on: clear, concise, and covered all the essential do’s and don’ts…

Before starting, they checked our names and allocated karts. The track is well-organised, and the team kept everything running smoothly. At the end we got a surprise a mix of hail and heavy rain in the last two laps! We were soaked, sitting in puddles in the seats, but honestly, driving a water-filled track just made it even more exhilarating.

We have been to various tracks around the country and this was first rate! It was very busy with 30 racers on the track, however the organisation was great and seemed very professional. The racer really enjoyed driving the track and there was tables and chairs provided for spectators. Highly recommended!

James was super good gave us his full attention and make sure we had fun

Also the young lad called Ethan (I think) was very friendly at the reception

We truly enjoyed our session and will be back again!

Brilliant. My son & his mate loved it and even I enjoyed it as a spectator – we all are considering a return in the near future. There are 2 courses. A mini and a large. You can/should do a 10 min practice followed by the 20/40min race. A newcomer should really do 20 mins to ensure they enjoy & adapt to this format. At time of writing, £89 per person for the Daytona SODI Sprint Race. After the experience this is tremendous value. Talk about adrenaline. Stewarding is well run. And full racing regulations apply. Saw a few people get black flagged. Ignore yellow flags at your peril. Prizes afterwards for the podium places. Good food choices and toilets close by.

My son had his birthday party here over the weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! 🤩👏
All the staff were so kind and helpful, specially the hostess that was assigned to our group, nothing was ever too much trouble. Today I had a 2hr DMAX tuition with Archie. Everything I wanted to extract from the session, we managed. Along with Archie’s guidance, I was able to improve on the final details in my game through consistency, dealing with pressure and trying to execute the perfect lap.

Archie’s analysis is top tier. He provided me with great technical feedback in between sessions to learn from. It’s now my responsibility to act as sponge, absorb that information and put it into practice.

I’d highly recommend a tuition to anyone looking to aid their game, or even an introduction into karting (including all levels of experience and ability). It’s something that was beneficial for me and a long time in the making. The track walk in particular offered a valuable insight. I’d happily do this again.

My daughter recently had go-kart tuition with Archie, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and clear teaching style. From the moment they started, Archie made my daughter feel completely at ease. He was incredibly patient and explained everything in a way that was not only easy for her to understand but also kept her fully engaged.

He broke down complex techniques into simple, manageable steps, using language that resonated with her. It was clear he has a real knack for working with young people, striking the perfect balance between being instructive and encouraging. My daughter came away from the session not just with improved go-karting skills, but also with a significant boost in confidence.

Archie’s approach made the entire tuition a genuinely enjoyable and highly productive experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for go-karting instruction, especially for younger learners.

The bambino induction program is really well organised – with a maximum of 5 children and up to 4 instructors per program, you practically get one on one teaching for your children. The site is great, really well kitted out with multiple types of karts, a track just for kids, a cafe and events that match everyone’s needs. Our instructor Stan and his team were fantastic with the little one – really patient and kind. They do not shy away from failing children that aren’t safe enough to drive on their own, which is fantastic as it shows they care about your child’s safety! We look forward to booking more

This was my first visit to Daytona and it was fantastic. The staff were very friendly on arrival and checked us all in. Once we were suited up we watched the safety video on all the do’s and don’ts of the track and the go karts. We then got our helmets on and went out to the track and to the karts. The staff on the track were excellent and any spin offs were straight on it to slow everyone down and make sure the drivers are ok, luckily we didn’t have to many. There were 10 in our group which was perfect. We did an evening session with the flood lights and the weather was dry too. I would recommend this to anyone. This was a great experience and I will be back.

We had an unforgettable time at Daytona Sandown Park! The track was thrilling and well-maintained, offering a great challenge for both beginners and experienced drivers. The staff were professional, safety briefings were clear, and the equipment was in top condition. We raced against each other and had a great time comparing our lap times. The venue was organised, and there was a great atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended for a competitive and fun day out with friends — we’ll definitely be coming back!

My son took part in the Race School 26th August. I have to say it was a pleasure to have met such wonderful staff, the ladies on the front desk were all really helpful and made sure everyone was looked after and Alex was superb too. I have to mention a young gentleman called Ollie. He was one of the tutors on the track. He is a credit to your company. Well mannered, happy to help, advise and generally a nice man. Please thank him and the whole team from us, we had a great day!

We had an amazing day at Tamworth Daytona. The day had been arranged by Ed to make sure we had the best experience. The group had no experience so were in the N35 Sprint race (Don’t book the DMAX karts if you haven’t raced before). They came away from the race laughing and joking with each other. We had burger and chips there after the race which are to die for. Even my 91 year old mother in law had a wonderful time being a spectator and eating the amazing food. The staff were wonderful & couldn’t do enough for us. They even gave MIL some hand warmers to keep her warm, these small gestures made the day even more enjoyable. Great team & great customer services. Thanks Ed!

The international circuit is huge and fast! The north circuit is a really good place to start the kids in the sport. Having known about this place for most of my life, I finally decided to visit and try a session on the track. I did the 30-minute SODI kart session and, although it was absolutely pouring with rain, it actually added to the fun and made the experience even more memorable.

The staff were incredibly organised and efficient throughout. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I left feeling like I’d definitely had my money’s worth.

A few weeks later, I returned under very different circumstances. A friend suggested stopping by for lunch as we were in the area, and I’ll admit I’d never considered this place as a food spot. I was genuinely blown away by the quality of the food.

Took my son and some friends for his 10th birthday. Both the practice day we did last week and his birthday today, I was so grateful for such attentive and kind staff at Daytona MK. My son so desperately wanted to do this, but had his confidence knocked on the first lap with a bump and a shunt from a more experienced driver. The Marshall on the track was amazing. Such care and a friendly pep talks had him well on his way again for a few more goes.

Today, the big double digits day, he was nervous again having had a flash back, and again the Marshall was so kind, referring to him as ‘buddy’ whilst allowing him some pit stop breaks. He and his other first-timer pals had a great day.

Special shout out to Holly. Who not only remembered me from last week and checked in that I’d requested a reserved table for later birthday celebrations, but was brilliant at keeping me informed, with a warm smile, and checking the table has been reserved.

To top it off, she delivered a hand written card and sang happy birthday – and I’d not even booked an ‘official’ birthday package.

Thank you SO much for helping make double digits day so special.

My son had his 9th birthday party at Daytona Milton Keynes yesterday, and Holly was absolutely fantastic. We arrived late due to traffic, but she went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss our slot, which we really appreciated.
She was brilliant with the boys, incredibly helpful, and took the time to learn all their names, making everyone feel included. One of the boys came last in the race and was getting a bit of teasing, but Holly handled it so thoughtfully – getting him involved in the presentation afterwards so he didn’t feel left out.
She truly made the racing party extra special. Thank you, Holly!

🇨🇦 Great battle today in a public Dmax Sprint at Daytona Tamworth 🇨🇦

Darren, Todd and Gav were seperated by only 4/10ths of a second in quali then fought a super close, fair but firm race, each driver led at least once during the race and a 1-2-3 finish for Maple Motorsport drivers.

7/10ths of a second between them at the chequered flag 🏁

🇨🇦 Great stuff lads, brilliant race to watch and fabulous comradery. This is what we do!! 🇨🇦

Great place to visit with excellent staff to explain the finer details of the driving experience. Safety and dress code when driving are relayed to the driver before taking the wheel.

Everything was full explained and discussed in a pre drive briefing. My grandson had the time of his life and was thrilled to take part in the drive around the racetrack.

He was so enthused afterwards that he would have another go at the drop of a hat! Keep up the good work.

Brought my team from work to Daytona Sandown Park and it was a superb experience. Friendly check in, safety briefing wasn’t too long but covered everything we needed to know. The karts were incredible, spotlessly clean and great fun to drive.

The podium presentation at the end was brilliant and wrapped things up nicely. They also took photos of us at grid up and on the podium which is a really nice touch. Can’t wait for the next time. Thank you Mark, Dante and all the rest of the team.

I'd like to drive in a DMAX, how experienced do I need to be?

DMAXs are for drivers who are experienced in karting. We recommend that you’ve driven at your chosen Daytona track in at least one 4-stroke Practice Session/ Open Race to get a feel for the track before driving a DMAX.  The starting point in a DMAX kart would be a practice session – 20 minutes of uncompetitive track time to understand how it handles.

I've never gone karting before, where should I start?

We recommend starting with practice sessions – 20 minutes of track time in a non-competitive format. For adults, this should be in our 4-stroke SODI or N35-ST karts, not our DMAXs. For kids aged 8-13, a Junior Practice is a great starting point. Race School is recommended for young people who want to progress in the sport and race competitively on the adult circuit.

Can I bring my own kart?

We do not run any owner-driver events at Daytona. If you wanted to bring your own kart and drive it round one of our tracks you would have to hire the track exclusively to do so.

Can I just turn up and race?

No – all sessions must be booked in advance. You can book online or call us on 033 033 278 70 when our sales office is open.

Are there car-parking facilities?

All of our circuits are equipped with large, free carparks. Please note, Daytona are not responsible for any vehicle in our carparks. Please do not leave valuables unattended in your vehicles.

Is there a restaurant or bar?

All Daytona venues have restaurants on-site, serving hot food and can cater for large parties. All venues also serve barista coffee, cold drinks, snacks and slushies. We do not have a bar or allow alcohol to be consumed on site.

What should I wear go-karting?

We can provide gloves, a race suit, helmet and a wet suit if required. Please wear trainers or similar – when the track is wet they might get muddy so we advise not wearing new shoes. You should wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season – our race suits are insulating so you won’t need a jacket in the winter, nor a jumper in the summer. You must not wear a hoodie, scarf, or any loose headwear, as this is a safety hazard. You’ll also be required to wear a balaclava if you’re borrowing one of our helmets. These can be purchased from reception.

Are there any age or height restrictions at Daytona?

  • Bambino drivers must be at least 6 years old and 107cm tall (3 ft 5 inches).
  • Cadets/ Juniors must be at least 8 years old and 125cm tall (4 ft 1 inch).
  • To race in a SODI, you must be at least 14 years old* and 142cm tall (4 ft 8 inches)
