Front of House Assistant

Daytona Milton Keynes is currently looking for a professional, confident, and reliable Front of House Assistant to join our busy Front of House team. Daytona is a dynamic and sometimes demanding environment that requires energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious individuals with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Assistant Race Director

We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Race Director to aid in the management of race events, striving to deliver an entertaining and safe experience for customers.

Assistant General Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to assist in running our outdoor track based in Sandown Park. The position would suit an individual who is looking for a diverse and challenging role with responsibility of running and managing the circuit. You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual who will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a 7-day operational business.

Track Marshal

Responsible for upholding Daytona’s safety and sporting standards; monitoring the circuit, issuing the correct flags to drivers & relaying information carefully and correctly back to the Race Director.

Race Director/Duty Manager

We're looking for a dedicated Race Director/Duty Manager to manage, monitor and run race events with the ability to deliver an entertaining and safe experience for customers. You will act as Duty Manager of the venue whilst managing the Track team, Front of House team and customers in a professional and effective manner. You will conduct safety briefing confidently and demonstrate strict but fair race management from Race Control.

Track Manager

You will manage track operations, venue presentation and the wider track team, collaborating with the General Manager on recruitment and compliance. Developing and implementing training programs while conducting appraisals to foster continuous improvement in current staff.

Sales Executive

We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate sales and convert inbound enquiries for events at Daytona venues. The Sales Executive will work closely with the rest of the sales team and wider venue operations team to maximise venue bookings, generate repeat business and ensure excellent customer service from the first point of contact.
