INKART END OF WINTER SEASON REVIEW

Kye Turner was victorious in Season One of Tamworth's InKart Cadet Championships after six strong races. He was joined on the end-of-season podium by Jakub Milczarski in second, who finished fractionally ahead of Jacob Aston in third. Zayn Perry was desperately unlucky to finish fourth, having tied on points with Aston.

Ethan Biddle put in some valiant performances over the season, finishing just ahead of Reuben Jenkins and Tom Justice, who would have scored higher if they had taken part in one more round.

In the SODI RT8s, Artur Marczak put in a near perfect performance, to achieve 494/500 points overall in the season and deservedly claim the top spot. Matei Fluturu-Comanescu had a very strong Round 3 and Round 5 to finish second overall. Archie Gale was strong throughout, and finished in third place, with Blake Southan just behind him. Samuel Aston was one point off Southan in fifth place. Notable mentions are in order for Rohan Bhagat and Charlie Edge, who completed all rounds in the season to finish 6th and 7th.

INKART SUMMER SEASON PREVIEW

Yiorgos 'George' Meliotis was warmly welcomed as Tamworth's new venue lead, and has been managing the Championship program there since late February. As part of ongoing championship improvements, George has made some changes to how the next season will operate, which can be found here.

The main change is in regards to the karts used - SODI RT8 racers will now compete in a separate Championship - the Junior Sprint League, which commences on Sunday 9th April.

InKart will be separated into two classes, Juniors and Cadets, based on driver's height, and commences on Sunday 2nd April.
