Over £11,000 raised at the Race for Ukraine

Daytona are delighted to announce that our community came together to raise £11,522 for Siobhan’s Trust. This money will directly feed Ukrainian families and troops on the front line.

Siobhan’s Trust own a fleet of pizza trucks and feed over 10,000 people every single day, as well as providing aid, support and equipment to the people that need it the most.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the generous souls who contributed and participated, whether as racers or spectators. This important contribution would not have been possible without the commitment of such a dedicated community.

The silent auction alone raised over £4,500 of this sum, and we had some incredible prizes donated by generous contributors. We would like to thank Team BRIT, who donated a hospitality day at the British GT, the British Racing Drivers Club, who donated tickets to the 2024 British Grand Prix, which fetched a breathtaking sum and ProDrive, who donated two prizes.

We’d also like to thank other contributors, including MK Dons, TeamSport, Sam Ryder, Ben Everitt MP, MKFM and everybody else who provided an auction prize.

Finally, we’d like to express thank you to Siobhan Trust’s James Tucker, who was instrumental in making this event happen, from it’s conceptualisation to it’s delivery. He also donated a Ukrainian kilt and a super-rare bottle of whisky, which yielded £900 between them for Siobhan’s Trust.
