Nic Cowell is no stranger to Daytona. This year's 'Property Prokart Challenge' will be the 23rd annual event, bringing together the leading businesses, customers and professionals in the property industry. After a period of uncertainty the 'PPK' was immediately confirmed by Nick to go ahead as soon as the restrictions seemed to be softening. So, as other businesses seem to be hesitant about booking corporate events, we wanted to speak with Nic to understand why the Cowell Group are so keen to quite literally lead the race in getting the property industry back moving.
