The UK′s fastest Arrive And Drive Two Stroke Kart Racing Championship is back for 2016. Building on the amazingly close racing and kart performance from 2015, the TW Steel Dmax Championships will see ten rounds of racing between February and November 2016 – plus the brand new Power Maxed Team Endurance Championship Series with four rounds of endurance racing this Summer.
Up to 150 drivers can race across the three different weight classes in the separate Sprint and Enduro Championship in 2016 and 30 teams can compete in the new Power Maxed Championship. Daytona urge interested drivers to sign up soon to avoid disappointment – as some classes are bound to be over-subscribed.
The Enduro Championships comprises ten rounds with 15 minutes Open Practice/Qualifying followed by a One Hour Race at each round – with the best eight scores counting towards the 2016 Championship. The Sprint Series comprises a five minute warm up, three eight minute qualifying heats and a 12 minute Final for each class. As with the Enduro Series, the best eight round scores count towards the championship.
The brand new Power Maxed Team Endurance Championship comprises 30 minutes Open Practice (including 10 minutes Qualifying) and then a 2.5 Hour Race for 2-4 drivers per team.
