TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE PROMOTION
1. Race at any Daytona venue between 9.00am Monday 19th October 2020 – 9.00pm Saturday 19th December 2020, in an exclusive or private race event, to enter Daytona’s ‘Fastest Workforce’ promotion.
2. There will be two separate promotions and prizes at each Daytona venue (Milton Keynes, Tamworth and Sandown Park).
3. One prize per fleet of go-karts at each venue. Please see below:
a. The Fastest Workforce at Daytona Milton Keynes promotions (DMAX and N35 ST)
b. The Fastest Workforce at Daytona Sandown Park promotions (DMAX and Sodikart RT8)
c. The Fastest Workforce at Daytona Tamworth promotions (DMAX-GT and Sodikart RT8)
4. Entries will be automatically entered in to the promotion at the venue they hold their event at.
5. The entry mechanic is as follows:
a. Book and race in a private or exclusive race event at one of Daytona’s three venues
b. The top 3 average lap times from the group are counted towards the promotion
c. The top 3 times are averaged which becomes the company’s entry in to the competition
6. At the end of the promotion period, the fastest company average time, at each venue (in each go-kart fleet) wins the promotion prizes.
7. Companies can enter the promotion multiple times throughout the promotion period. The more times you book an exclusive race, the more entries you get in to the competition.
8. The winner(s) for each venue will be selected on Tuesday 22nd December 2020.
THE PRIZE
The prize includes trackside advertising at the Daytona venue they participated at (worth £5000) for a period of 10 months -from 11th January 2021 – 11th October 2021. The prize also includes discounted private events throughout 2021 for the winning companies. The promotion is not open to Daytona staff, or, friends and family of Daytona employees. The promotion is not open to any go-kart track or venue in the UK.
The promotion is not open to any business that is deemed to be offensive to Daytona customers, or, has language in the company name that is deemed to be suitable only to a mature audience.
If we deem that the Terms of the promotion have been compromised by the winner(s), we reserve the right to remove the prize and redraw the winner(s).
