RACE DIRECTOR/DUTY MANAGER

Front of House Assistant Manager

Job Location: Daytona Sandown Park

Place in Organisation: Reception

Reporting to: Front of House Manager

Overall Responsibility:

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Reception and Front of House areas in conjunction with the Front of House Manager. To assist in the preparation and management of reception staff and to ensure correct staffing levels. Ensure the FOH team delivers first class service to our customers. Assist in providing training and induction to all new and existing reception staff whilst developing training
